To start:

Smoked salmon roulade
Finest Scottish smoked salmon marbled with a pink peppercorn, shallot and herb infused cream cheese. Accompanied by pumpernickel bread and crisp salad

Chicken and duck terrine
Smooth chicken and duck liver terrine served with sweet apple and calvados chutney, spring leaves, and chervil dressing

To follow:

Roast beef
Rare roast Scottish sirloin of beef served with crispy oven roasted potatoes, honey roasted parsnips, carrots, French beans and cauliflower, served with a rich gravy and topped with a traditional Yorkshire pudding

Pan fried sea bream
Pan fried Cornish sea bream on a bed of wild mushroom and tarragon risotto, served with braised baby gem lettuce and finished with a fresh pea and mint veloute

To finish:

Sticky toffee pudding
Homemade sticky toffee pudding with rich toffee sauce, vanilla bean ice-cream

Lemon Tart
Sharp lemon tart, raspberry coulis, and raspberry sorbet
